I have two teens that have been diagnosed with ADHD, my teen daughter has struggled the most, and I was diagnosed last year. ADHD is highly inheritable and the mental health and medical communities are just beginning to understand what it looks like in women and girls. It can cause anxiety, depression, self harm and suicidal ideation just to name a few. It’s been a long, winding, emotionally draining road for us. Through knowledge and understanding I've learned to give myself grace and permission to be who I am and who God has created me to be. I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience to help you discover who you are and who you want to be.
